Bleggze is a coach, not a chain. Started in Cramlington to give ordinary people a place to get fit, get strong and stop feeling out of place, whether that's lifting iron, a kettlebell circuit on a cold morning, or a run with people who've got your back.

The wolf isn't just a logo. A pack moves together, looks after the slowest, and gets further than any one animal alone. That's how we train. You bring the effort. We do the rest with you.

My story

The road back

I'm Wayne, AKA Bleggze. A few years ago my health fell apart. High blood pressure led to two brain haemorrhages and two strokes, and I spent a long stretch in and out of hospital. It left me paralysed down my left side.

I'd been into fitness for years before that, running bootcamps and training people. So when recovery started, I put everything I had into it. Training became my way back, and bit by bit I got moving again.

Coming through that changed how I coach. I know what it's like when the things other people find easy feel impossible, and I've got a lot more patience and understanding for it now. I've been taking mental health and counselling courses because I want to help people properly, not just with the physical side.

That's why I'm here. I want to help people the way I had to help myself. Whatever shape you're in and whatever you've been through, there's a way forward, and I'll help you find it.

In 2026, Turning Point gave me their Inspired by Possibility Award at the Inspiring Recovery ceremony. Turning Point is a national social enterprise supporting health, wellbeing and disability across the UK. The award recognised the bootcamp I set up for people with disabilities, to help them build fitness and confidence, and the recovery that led me there.

Yes. Right now every session (personal training, bootcamps, classes and park runs) is run free of charge while Bleggze builds the community. No membership, no catch. Get in touch and turn up.

Sessions run in and around Cramlington and the wider North East, with indoor strength work plus outdoor bootcamps and park runs depending on the session. Message us and we'll tell you exactly where the next one is.

Completely. Most people who start with Bleggze haven't trained in years, or ever. Every session scales to your level, so you go at your pace, nobody judges, and you build from there.

No. That's the whole point: you get fit by starting, not before. Turn up as you are and we build it together, session by session.

Trainers, comfortable kit, a water bottle and a bit of effort. For outdoor bootcamps and park runs, dress for the North East weather. Everything else is provided.
